What is the 5-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee?

The 5-day return/exchange guarantee is an after-sales service provided by third-party platform sellers, including technical support. Buyers are eligible to return or exchange products within 7 days after receiving the product (within 5 days after the product is stored in the warehouse), based on this policy and any additional rules set by the third-party platform.

How to Determine if a Product Qualifies for the Return/Exchange Guarantee?

Products qualify or do not qualify for the 5-day free return/exchange service based on their condition.

Return/Exchange Application Instructions

  1. You can apply for a return/exchange via your account page within 5 days (120 hours) after the order status changes to "In Warehouse." Applications made after 5 days will not be accepted.
  2. Return/exchange applications will incur the following fees:
    • Unconditional return: You will be charged the shipping fee to the seller, the seller's shipping fee, and a \$0.75 service fee.
    • Unconditional exchange: You will be charged the shipping fee to the seller, the shipping fee for two deliveries from the seller, and a \$0.75 service fee.

3. If I apply for a return service when the order status is "Unshipped," will I incur any fees?

Don't worry. In this case, no fees will be charged. Fees will only be applied when the return/exchange application meets two conditions: first, the product does not have quality issues; second, the product has been stored in the warehouse. Therefore, if the product has not been shipped, no fees will be charged.
