Insurance and Compensation

1. If a product is lost after being stored in miubuy, after confirmation by staff, a full compensation of the product's cost will be provided. If there is no scanning record of the package in miubuy’s system, no query or compensation services can be provided;

2. Unscanned/Not Extracted and Cannot Be Released: If there is no final extraction information after 25 days, the shipping fee will be refunded; if there is no final extraction information after 30 days, compensation of 6$/kg will be provided.

3. Interrupted Updates: After the last-mile service provider extracts and transports the package, if there is no update on the logistics track for more than 7 working days, an investigation will be initiated with the service provider. If there is no result after 7 days of investigation, compensation will be 6$/kg for up to 4kg (including 4kg), and 20 Euros per ticket for more than 4kg.

The following issues and countries are not eligible for compensation: Incorrect or incomplete recipient address, issues with the recipient’s contact information, recipient not present for delivery, package waiting for pick-up, recipient not picking up at the post office on time, return and re-shipment issues, countries: Spain, Italy, France, which are not included in this interruption compensation condition.

4. Excluding customs inspection, local worker strikes, weather reasons, and other uncontrollable factors causing delayed extraction;

1. Force Majeure Factors: Including but not limited to: war, natural disasters (including earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, etc.), nuclear radiation, nuclear explosions, nuclear pollution, and other radioactive contamination causing direct or indirect loss or damage;

2. If the user cannot provide the relevant proof required for compensation;

3. Claims made beyond the compensation application period (if the package has been signed for within 7 days or if the shipment is not queried within 45 days and no compensation request is made), if the package is signed for during the claim application period;

4. Theft or disappearance for unknown reasons after delivery;

5. Items that are non-insurable, or items that violate prohibited or restricted mailing regulations, and are confiscated or handled by the relevant authorities according to applicable laws;

6. Loss or damage caused by the owner's responsibility, intentional acts, negligence, or the nature of the goods themselves;

7. Other situations that do not fall under compensation responsibility
